Sitting Room: Comfortable seating for 6, Smart TV, DVD player and inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove.
Kitchen/Diner: Dining table and chairs for 6. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and 5 ring gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. French doors to garden.
Bathroom: Bath with hand held shower. A door to the left hand side leads to the Shower Room, whilst a door on the right hand side leads to the Utility Room.
Shower Room: Shower unit, WC, basin and towel rail.
Utility Room: Washing machine and freezer.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
