Bramley has been tastefully renovated with a modern feel whilst keeping character with exposed brick decorative fireplaces in the kitchen and sitting room. On entering the property you step into the lounge. A spacious area perfect for relaxing with a good book or enjoying time with friends. From the lounge you head into the kitchen. Well equipped with all you will require to make the most of your self catering holiday. Up on the first floor the property boasts two beautifully furnished double bedrooms making this the perfect property for couples looking for a coastal break together. The property has a third bedroom with bunk beds which can be accessed via bedroom two. A small courtyard at the rear of the property offers an outside space with a table and four chairs. It is in a perfect location with Tibby’s Green playground only a short walk away. Whilst the playground is great for children with swings and slides provided along with football goals, it is also a great area for adults to sit on the picnic tables or grass area and enjoy watching the world pass by. Bramley is also close by to the shops and restaurants making it and ideal place to stay in central Southwold. Shop: 0.1 miles Pub: 0.1 miles. 

Why we love this property - Whilst having a very modern feel Bramley still has some traditional features and situated centrally in the popular seaside town of Southwold it is the perfect property for couples to enjoy all the coast has to offer.  

Sitting room:TV, DVD. Three Scandinavian style sofas on wooden flooring with an exposed brick decorative fireplace and mantle over. A trunk in this room provides a coffee table and there is also a nest of tables and floor lamp. 
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, Bosch slimline dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer , radio and round table with four chairs.
Bathroom: Bath with over bath double head shower, basin, wc and heated towel rail. Mirrored cabinet and glass shelf for toiletries.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom, wooden flooring, decorative fireplace with mantle over. Open hanging for clothes and two sets of chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with wooden flooring, decorative fireplace with mantle over, hooks with hangers for clothes and two sets of chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Access via bedroom 2. Bunk beds. Please note - this property is advertised and set up for sleeping four however six people are welcome to stay using the bunk beds.
Garden: Small courtyard at the rear of the property with a table and chairs. There is a shared pathway from the courtyard which leads to the back of the properties in this street.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Lovely property in a good location with most of Southwold main attractions being only 6-8 minutes away. The property sits slightly out of the centre of Southwold near to St. Edmunds green which means it is easy to park and relatively quiet. With easy access to Southwold and the surrounding area it makes a good place to base oneself for either touring the countryside or spending time at the sea. As we found out the pier, shops, pubs, and restaurants are all within easy striking distance. The three bedroom house is not only extremely well kitted out with everything any residents need but is also well and nicely decorated making it a very pleasurable place to stay in. Support for your stay is extremely good with everything well labelled and easy to find, the support folder with lots of useful information was extremely welcome as was the bag of welcome goodies. Would we recommend staying here? Yes we would!

The Bramley is a lovely property, very nicely located with fantastic amenities and a short walk to the town centre and beach. A well cared for property with nice furnishings. I enjoyed listening to the radio while having breakfast. We were left a lovely hamper with treats from around Suffolk and Norfolk, we were extremely grateful for this added homely touch.
