Whilst the playground is great for children with swings and slides provided along with football goals, it is also a great area for adults to sit on the picnic tables or grass area and enjoy watching the world pass by. Why we love this property - Whilst having a very modern feel Bramley still has some traditional features and situated centrally in the popular seaside town of Southwold it is the perfect property for couples to enjoy all the coast has to offer.

Bathroom: Bath with over bath double head shower, basin, wc and heated towel rail. Mirrored cabinet and glass shelf for toiletries.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
