This well-presented property offers a great space for four and with private parking and an enclosed rear garden to enjoy, you will have everything you need for a stress-free holiday by the coast. On the ground floor is a fun and vibrant space offering open plan living and dining, and a separate kitchen. The sitting room is equipped with plush sofas, a Smart TV, and the bonus of a double futon bed, should you wish to bring along an additional guest (just let us know if this is required at time of booking). There is also a cloakroom found on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, one with a super-king bed which can be split into two singles and one with bunk beds, making this ideal for families. The large shower room completes the first floor and is accessed via the double bedroom.
Step outside and you will be welcomed into your own private courtyard garden which is of a generous size and beautifully planted. It is a great space to begin the day with a morning coffee or dining alfresco into the evening with the barbeque provided.

Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over 50 years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There are shops, cafes and an alternative bespoke amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, the town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.
