Eversden is an exceptional, centrally located property, which offers modern and beautifully presented accommodation over three floors. A double reception room is located to the front of the property and offers an ideal entertaining space for everyone to gather together, with the benefits of a large smart TV and ample soft seating for all. The extended kitchen/dining room is amazingly light and spacious due to the French doors and added benefit of Velux windows above. A newly installed fully fitted kitchen leads onto the dining area with pretty views of the private courtyard garden beyond. On the first floor, there is a charming twin bedroom, family bathroom, and double bedroom. A superb king bedroom with en-suite shower room completes the first-floor accommodation. On the second floor is a further king size bedroom with wonderful views across the Southwold’s rooftops. Each bedroom has been beautifully presented and both the bathroom and en-suite shower room are finished to an exceptional standard. There is ample storage throughout the property and the charming courtyard garden which offers an ideal spot to enjoy an early morning cup of tea or alfresco dining in a total private setting.

Southwold Central: The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

A really nice property, well equipped and very comfortable to stay in. The high street is easily accessible, but it was also nice to be just off there and it felt very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay there again!

Eversden is a great holiday property for a larger family group. The accommodation worked really well for 7 of us. The kitchen dining area was mostly where we spent our time as it's a great space with lots of light and access to the lovely garden. The location was great too - nice and quiet, yet easy walking for everything else in Southwold. I would highly recommend this lovely house.

This was the sixth time our family has holidayed in Southwold and this house was our favourite so far. Very well equipped, tastefully decorated with a delightful small garden. It was also very quiet being just a little further away from the town but close to the common and within a few minute walk to the beach.
