15 Victoria Street is a pretty terraced cottage overlooking Bartholomew Green in Southwold, an iconic location for its Church. This self-catering cottage is a superb choice for families or groups of friends being close to all Southwold treats such as its sandy beach, High Street and Adnams pubs.

Inside the holiday cottage is homely and welcoming. There are plenty of soft furnishings for guests to gather together and relax in the small but snug sitting room and the shutter at the window allows privacy. The open plan kitchen diner is a fantastic sociable area with four Velux windows allowing plenty of natural light along with the glass panels and glass French doors which lead to the courtyard. The kitchen has all modern appliances for self-catering many of which are Neff branded. There is also a handy cloakroom available on the ground floor. Upstairs you’ll find the bedrooms and family bathroom. The king size bedroom has wooden flooring and a large rug along with shutters at the window, ample storage and a decorative fireplace. This room benefits from a shower cubicle which is open to the room with a shower curtain. Two steps down from the landing with low level access is a compact double room and further is the bathroom. The second floor has a twin bedroom in the eaves – a perfect little hideaway. Shop: 200 yards Pub: 100 yards.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
