Good location for sea and town. Sat in garden for breakfast, lunch and in evening. Lovely sunny position.

Mrs R,

We decided to take a week’s break in late January, something we don’t normally do. We looked on Suffolk Secrets website and chose Iolanthe. Partly because it was in our price range for that time of year and the property had private parking for 2 cars. The house itself was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture in the living room. A dining table and chairs in the breakfast room, which led to a small utility area and onto a wet room and toilet. The modern galley kitchen is quite snug, but contained the usual cooking facilities and dishwasher. Upstairs the two bedrooms were very nicely presented, the beds were lovely and comfortable and they can also be made up as superkings or twins. Plenty of hanging space. There is a box room which we used for our empty cases. The bathroom has a good bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet. We very much enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and will go back again.

Mrs C,
