All properties therefore have easy access to beaches and town centre amenities by road and various footpaths. Reydon boasts two well-stocked village stores, as well as the Randolph Hotel which has an excellent restaurant and good locals' bar.

A lovely property with excellent facilities and very spacious. Village shop at the end of the road was very handy. Really convenient base for getting into Southwold and the surrounding area.
Excellent facilities, great peaceful location. Very comfortable accommodation, and the coffee, cake, milk and flowers were most welcome and very much appreciated. The local shop and an excellent restaurant at the Randolph Hotel were added bonuses. Very pleasant walks to Southwold and the Harbour. Would gladly stay at the Summit again.
The Summit is a very pleasant bungalow, very well equipped, spacious and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and the quality of the linen and towels is excellent. We have quite a large car and it very difficult to park on the area in front of the property, not much space and railings in front. There is a shared drive with Box Hill next door and we parked on the drive for ease and was asked to move, so we parked on the road. Also the location is not very desirable. just our opinion, however Southwold and surrounding area is lovely. Our weather wasn't the best, but that's not your fault !
An immaculate and well equipped home from home. The sitting room is spacious and comfortable and the conservatory is a great bonus. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The property is in a quiet location with some great walks into Southwold.
