A pretty, red brick cottage close to Southwold on the Suffolk Coast ....

This typical Suffolk cottage was previously two or may be even three small cottages but has now been transformed into a stylish and comfortable cottage next to the village church of Reydon, the neighbouring village to the Edwardian seaside town of Southwold on the Suffolk Coast, with its many attractions ranging from the iconic and award winning Pier, the renowned family owned Adnams Brewery and Distillery with its associated pubs and a wide variety of sporting activities from walking to cycling, tennis to golf, skate boarding and boating, plus of course the beach.  There is something for everyone and Church Farm Cottage is only a short walk or drive away and can offer a quiet retreat from the bustle of the town at the end of the day.

The cottage is semi-detached and offers a garden and off street parking for two to three cars, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, together with spacious living accommodation and is available for short breaks and weekly holidays throughout the year.

We had a great couple of days at the cottages. The cottage was very nice and spacious and had amazing amenities. Great location and five mins drive to the beach. Highly recommended.
