This lovely home is perfect for a family of four or a group of friends looking for a peaceful break exploring the Suffolk coast. Fabulous open-plan living provides an ideal space to socialise together, and a quaint patio garden is a fabulous spot to enjoy a morning coffee.

Heading inside, you will find yourself in the wonderful and welcoming lounge/diner/kitchen. Rustle up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoy eating together around the dining table, before settling down on the sofas and getting cosy for an evening in front of the TV. The first of the two bedrooms is situated on the ground floor; it has twin beds and its own seating area with TV, and an en-suite shower room. Upstairs is the second bedroom containing a double bed, and a stylish family bathroom. There is also a study space on the landing with a desk and storage space should you need to get stuck into some work on your stay. Outside are two patio spaces with garden furniture, a handy drying room with changing facilities, and space to store bikes or water sports gear.

The pretty village of Reydon is situated just 1.5 miles from the bustling seaside town of Southwold, though you will find a useful shop 500 metres away to pick up any bits you need. Southwold has a range of eateries, as well as a fabulous pier brimming with food outlets, shop, and attractions. Spend days sunning yourself on the sandy Southwold Beach (2 miles) and take to the water on surfboards or paddleboards.

Very warm, well equipped bungalow. Was surprised it was on a modern estate & not the cottage we expected. Bed was extremely hard. Nice little enclosed garden for the dog & very quiet area. Thought wed be able to walk to beach but was 40 min walk - short drive though to southwold & other lovely villages/beaches. Drying room very useful. Only downside was smoke detector beeping for the week day and night. We tried to stop it but as it was mains connected we drew the line at dismantling it. But we both fell in love with the cottage

Wonderful accommodation. Very well equipped, everything you could need. A great base but also a comfortable property to just relax in. We enjoyed it so much weve booked again for next year.

The Headmaster's House is an excellent property. It's well equipped and stylish. Helpful for us to have a downstairs bedroom with en suite bathroom. Lovely location.

Good location just a mile from Southwold. Neat and compact property with kitchen, lounge dining all in one area. We appreciated the recent update in the shower room with a pull down seat in the shower and additional hand rails.

A comfortable property with a well equipped kitchen in a quiet location, it was ideal for a week away. It was helpful to have the accessible downstairs en-suite shower room for the less mobile lady in our party.

The property was as described on the website, well equipped and in a quiet location. There were plenty of games, books and videos should you require home entertainment. Ample storage space and the advantage of private parking. Excellent property.

A lovely, cosy and comfortable cottage, extremely well equipped, with lots of extras for the kitchen never normally supplied. Really appreciated the Welcome Pack to get us up and running too. Difficult to fault in any regard.

The Headmaster's House was a fabulous property. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated and everything was of a very high quality. The courtyard garden was private and secure. We loved being able to look out at the countryside. All in all, it was a relaxing place to enjoy.
