One Well Cottage is situated in the small but beautiful Suffolk countryside village of Holton, just minutes from the nearby town of Halesworth and a mere 7 miles from the sandy beaches of the Southwold coast. Decorated in a homely and welcoming style, complete with open fire, it truly is a cosy self-catering cottage for couples or small families. The cottage garden to the rear is a delight, packed full of plant life - and the very place to read the morning papers and enjoy a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine!). Dog lovers will love bringing their 4 legged friend along too - there are plenty of walks in the surrounding area waiting to be explored. Shop: 0.5 miles Pub: 1 mile.

Bedroom 2: Large single bed (very high off the ground so not suitable for those with mobility problems), built in storage, bedside shelf.

Outside: Paved patio area with garden furniture, area laid to lawn, chiminea and BBQ.
Parking: On street parking (the road is quite quiet).
Heating: Gas central heating, woodburner.
Pets: One well-behaved pet welcome.
