The Lofthouse is located in the grounds of the owner's home and offers comfortable accommodation for four people. It is ideal for those who are looking for a quiet rural location. The Lofthouse has fantastic views over the fields and is situated by woodland and surrounded by wildlife. This property offers the best of both worlds by offering a peaceful holiday setting yet only ten minutes away from the seaside town of Southwold and other local attractions. The Lofthouse would be very popular with bird lovers and the RSPB Minsmere Reserve is just a drive away. The Cottage and The Lofthouse are situated in the same location and can therefore be booked together to accommodate larger parties. Shop: 1.7 miles Pub: 1 mile.

Frostenden is a peaceful and quiet village location east of the A12 reached by country lanes and surrounded by open countryside but just three miles from the popular seaside town of Southwold. There are numerous walks and cycle rides in the area and the wonderful beaches at Kessingland and Pakefield are just a few miles away. There are two pubs and a village shop in both Wangford and Wrentham which are a very accessible from Frostenden. Beccles town is just ten miles away and offers excellent exploration to the Norfolk Broads and has some of the most beautiful stretches of river within the Norfolk Broads National Park. Amongst various boating activities, there are also riverside walks, outdoor swimming pool and golf course.
