Description

Newly constructed in 2017, Blythburgh House is a beautifully modern holiday home boasting quality interiors throughout within a short drive of the seaside town of Southwold. Blythburgh is a highly sought-after holiday destination for exploring the best of the Heritage Coast with RSPB Minsmere close by and many walking and cycling routes.

Blythburgh House is in a newly developed private close where plenty of private parking is available for you and your guests. Blythburgh House certainly impresses on inside. The spacious entrance hall provides enough room for storing coats and footwear, and you’ll find a handy cloakroom further along. The serene sitting room has a great range of comfortable sofas and chairs as well as supplementary lighting providing a bright space in which to relax and unwind.  The kitchen and dining area is positioned to the rear of the property and is a great space for entertaining with your guests with Karndean flooring flowing throughout.  The kitchen has every budding chef’s desires – a large Rangemaster with purple splashback and high gloss kitchen units really add to the sense of quality within the holiday home. A separate utility room provides all necessary self-catering appliances with access to the rear garden. Having a large dining table and chairs there’s plenty of space for guests to dine together and wide French doors open out onto the garden where there’s an abundance of garden furniture available for al-fresco dining.

Upstairs spacious, impeccably presented bedrooms are the key to guests comfort. The master suite is a generous size with plenty of storage available as well as an En-Suite shower room with a cylinder-style shower cubicle, grey gloss wall tiles and a range of cupboards for toiletry storage. The second king size room also boasts ample storage space. The cosy twin bedded room has beautiful views of the private close with its green areas and comes with plenty of space to spread out. There is also a single bedroom with large white wardrobe. You’ll also find the crisp, pristine family bathroom on the first floor which contains a bath and over-bath shower – the perfect place for a long soak after a busy day sightseeing.

Blythburgh House is a great holiday choice for families or friends with the village having a delightful shop as well as The White Hart pub which serves excellent food and a range of Adnams ales.

Reviews

it was so good that the family want me to book it again.

Mr Les H,

We very much appreciated arriving to a warm house with central heating already on, a welcoming light left on in the living room and the tray of welcoming goodies. Lovely simple touches but much appreciated.

Ms Caroline D,
