Southwold’s Outdoor Cinema launches with two British classics

A celebration of singing, dancing and laughter will make up the four feel-good films screening this August in Southwold.

Southwold's Outdoor Cinema kicks off this film quartet on the 19th & 20th August with two films that celebrate female empowerment - a British duo, Bridget Jones’s Diary and Emma.
Both nights of Southwold’s Outdoor Cinema are supported by Suffolk Secrets, while local hospitality is provided by TipTree Tea Rooms, Adnams and Oliver Platt Events.

Venue: Southwold Common (by the water tower)
Times: 5.30pm door open, 7.30pm (once sun sets) the film starts
Hospitality: Local companies providing food and drink will be available onsite.
Tickets:Prices start from £12.50 per person for a standard ticket / £16.50 per person for a VIP front two row ticket. https://southwoldevents.seatedly.com
Social Distancing: Tickets are sold as individuals and in groups of 2, 4 or 6 and assigned a socially distanced pitch.
Seating: Seating is not provided by Southwold Outdoor Cinema. Ticket holders are recommended to bring chairs to sit on and blankets to keep warm as the temperature drops in the evening.
