Holly House is a beautiful, modern, bright, and spacious self-catering holiday home located within central Thorpeness on the Suffolk Coast. The holiday home is situated on the Suffolk Coastal Path, overlooks the Thorpeness Country Club and is just a short walk to the beach, the Meare, golf club, village shop, tearooms, Dolphin Inn and bus stop. All the amenities you desire are on your doorstep. Holly House is also a pleasant half-hour walk along the beach to the coastal town of Aldeburgh with its many shops, restaurants and yacht club.

Holly House has been carefully furnished to a high standard and perfect for families or a group of friends with its flexible bedroom configurations and ample living areas. The house offers beautiful gardens to the front and rear of the property, with seating and outside dining facilities for you to enjoy during the warmer months as well as private parking for up to two cars.

Inside you are welcomed into a large entrance hall with vaulted ceiling which leads to a fully equipped modern kitchen with bi-folding doors opening out onto the rear garden. There is a separate utility room. There are also two large reception rooms perfect for spending time together as a family.

Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room as well as a separate family bathroom.

Just a mile north of Aldeburgh is this fascinating seaside village, built in the 1920s by Glencairn Stuart Ogilvie, an architect, barrister and playwright. The mock Tudor style of building is now the hallmark of Thorpeness, where the amenities include the Dolphin Inn, the Thorpeness Hotel with its 18-hole golf club, a country club with tennis courts and the Mere - a large shallow boating lake with tearooms nearby. The beaches are mainly sandy and behind the village is a myriad of footpaths over heath and common land.
