The charming lounge has a warming wood burner, a TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and a study area, for those needing to get stuck into some work while they are away. When you are ready for some much-needed sleep, choose from one of three lovely bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, accessed via the second bedroom which ¬contains bunk beds and a single bed. The third bedroom has twin beds, and a large shower room completes the interior of the accommodation. Leading through the doors from the kitchen, you will find yourself in the superb garden which has space for enjoying lawn games, sipping on a morning coffee, and a BBQ and table for dining alfresco.
Situated at the northern tip of the pretty village of Thorpeness, you will only be 300 metres from a handy pub that serves hearty meals. Take to the water at Thorpeness Meare (0.5 miles) where you can hire a kayak or boat, and take a waterside stroll. The shingle beach can be accessed just at the end of the road, or head 2 miles to Aldeburgh, a bustling seaside town with a range of eateries and shops.
