The nearby Sudbourne Hall cricket ground is also found within the park grounds and has been in use for well over 100 years. This unique location offers plenty of exploring to be done both within the parkland but also in the surrounding beautiful coast and countryside.

All Accommodation is on one level over the ground floor
Open plan kitchen/living/dining space:
Kitchen: beautifully designed kitchen with composite stone worktop, and appliances comprising of electric range oven, induction hob, extraction cooker hood, built in microwave, dishwasher, and large freestanding fridge and freezer. Separate Utility Area off the kitchen houses a washer/dryer.
Dining Room Area: Found in the centre of the open plan living space, comprising of large dining table with seating for 6.
Sitting Room Area: Large corner sofa and armchairs, Smart TV, floor to ceiling windows and doors surrounding. A reading corner zone has been created with armchair and side table.
The ‘Greenhouse’: a lovely central sunroom/second sitting room overlooking the garden via floor to ceiling glass doors and glass ceiling. Furnished with seating and a ‘dog sofa’ perfect for your four-legged friend.
Cloakroom: with WC and basin

Outside: Front garden laid to lawn. To the rear is a beautiful walled garden with large lawned area, patio areas outside the main living areas and the ‘greenhouse’. Garden furniture and gas barbeque available.

Situated between Aldeburgh and Orford - one of the most beautiful and rural parts of the Suffolk coast – Sudbourne is a quiet and delightful village to enjoy both the Suffolk coast and countryside. The walking here is fantastic with an extensive network of paths, and both the road and mountain biker is spoilt for choice. The Alde River is also nearby and this caters for a range of water sports including sailing, canoeing and fishing. Horse riding, golf and tennis are available within a short drive. It is only nine miles from the beach at Aldeburgh, with the historic towns of Framlingham and Woodbridge and the world-famous Snape Maltings Concert Hall also within easy reach, and for those who are interested in history, nearby Sutton Hoo is one of the greatest Saxon archaeological finds of all time.
Just 2 miles up the road is Orford - an attractive small town, dominated by the remains of a 12th Century castle keep - you may like to climb to the top to enjoy the panoramic views over the town and marshes. It is also famous for Orford Ness National Nature Reserve and Havergate Island, both a delight for ornithologists and nature lovers. In the nearby fishing village of Orford, there is the truly exceptional Pump Street Bakery, the classic Butley Oysterage, and Pinney's Smoke House as well as Britain's best local store and cafe. There are also cosy and atmospheric country pubs and restaurants in the vicinity serving lovely food and of course there is the delicious local beer! For those who like cooking at home, the quality and range of local produce - including seafood bought directly from fishermen - is exceptional. Sailing and boat trips are available on the River Ore, with country walks in Rendlesham Forest.
