Enjoy a day out exploring Framlingham Castle or head to Woodbridge to enjoy the popular high street and wonderful riverside walks. Southwold with its sandy beach, popular high street, and unusual Pier, along with neighbouring Walberswick are just a 30 minute drive away.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Swinton. The property is spacious and was clean and very well equipped, with a number of thoughtful touches for guests. Although situated only a short distance from the main road, the area was quiet.
A really lovely spacious bungalow. Clean, tidy and is fully equipped with everything you might need. Set in a lovely peaceful area, but yet within easy driving distance to all beach, shops, pubs and attractions. Would highly recommend to others.
Excellent location, quiet yet just off A12 and therefore great for visiting coast and countryside. Owner lives next door and is very friendly and helpful. Went with my elderly mother who gas limited mobility. The property was ideal, being on one floor and very well appointed. No hesitation in recommending, especially for people with mobility issues or with children.
