Experience life beside the seaside during your stay in this three-storey period property with tranquil interiors, an open fire and a sheltered garden with a Roadii BBQ. Spend your time away swimming in the sea with your canine companions, discovering Aldeburgh’s delights and exploring the surrounding Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty. Invite up to five other human guests plus two four-legged friends to join you, and socialise in the bright open-plan living space with bi-folding doors which opens onto the garden.

Step inside to find a homely living room with a pop of colour amongst the neutral tones where you can put your feet up on the sofa, sink into an armchair or watch the world go by from the bay window seat. Continue into the open-plan kitchen/diner which is light and spacious with a hint of a coastal theme, a contemporary kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine next to a chic dining table with chairs plus a sofa. A family bathroom and two bedrooms are on the first floor – a double and a twin. Climb the spiral staircase to reach the final double bedroom. Outside is a decked, enclosed courtyard garden with furniture and a BBQ.

Wander the streets of Aldeburgh and admire the Tudor-style architecture before stopping for a bite to eat at one of the cafes or seafood restaurants. The accommodation was perfect for our short stay, close enough to the beach, shops and dining without being overlooked by passers by. The heating was very responsive especially on chilly days and nights. The level of equipment, linen and towels was good. The stairs to the bedroom on the second floor, whilst being sturdy, are more suited for those wRead moreho are more agile. The artwork throughout the cottage reflected a tasteful choice of subject and was a pleasant surprise to one of our party who has property in Elie. Hide

A very comfortable house in a great location, with an extremely well equipped kitchen. Good size for 6 adults and very dog friendly. Nice space at the back with comfy outside sofas. Would definitely recommend.
