This seafront apartment occupies two floors of a three-storey Edwardian house and offers a spacious and beautifully furnished space. On the first floor you will find an elegant and super sociable open place living and kitchen space perfect for bringing your family and friends together. The L shape open plan space takes centre stage and offers uninterrupted views of the pebble beach; we don’t think you’ll ever tire of watching the waves roll in from the balcony. Also on this floor you will find a generous and comfortably furnished double bedroom and a shower room. Continuing up to the second floor, you are sure to be wowed once again by the stunning sea views. Up here you will be welcomed into two more spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with bath and separate shower. We’re sure you will enjoy waking up to fantastic sunrises which can be enjoyed from this floor!

Outdoors: a tranquil walled garden space which is only yards from the beach. This pretty and manicured space faces the beach and is divided into two with Runton guests having use of the top area nearest to Crag Path. A small summer house is available and hosts a table and chairs meaning that alfresco dining can be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the sea air. The sitting room also boasts a balcony so you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst taking in the stunning sea views.
Parking: roadside parking nearby on surrounding roads, unrestricted parking bays near the White Lion Hotel, or public carpark a few minutes walk.

Aldeburgh, home of the famous Aldeburgh Festival of Music, is a charming, historic seaside resort with many fine Georgian buildings. The town was a medieval fishing centre and fishermen still draw their boats onto the shingle beach to sell their catches. The area around Aldeburgh reflects the unspoilt nature of the Suffolk coast and only two miles along the shore is the unusual coastal village of Thorpeness, with its picturesque meare and excellent golf course. The town has a good selection of shops and eateries.

The flat is spacious and beautifully decorated with amazing views of the beach. We had everything we needed and really appreciated the supplies of tea, coffee and snacks. We plan to stay there again. I wouldn't recommend it for people with very young children as there is a steep staircase into the flat from the front door. You would definitely need a stair gate.
