After supper you can either relax and unwind in the lounge with its TV and flame-effect gas fire, or get competitive playing table tennis or on the Wii. Head up to the first floor and you’ll find three bedrooms: one king-size, one double, and one with a bunk bed that has a single bed above a 4’ double, plus another separate single bunk bed. The bedrooms share a wonderful family bathroom which features a roll-top bath, a separate shower cubicle and twin basins. In terms of outside space, there’s a small front garden and a large rear garden, which has a patio and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy a morning cuppa or an evening drink in the fresh Suffolk air.
The property is located about a mile from the heart of Aldeburgh and its wide, mainly Georgian high street, which is full of independent shops, galleries and places to eat - including the town’s famously good fish and chips! Explore further by hiring an e-bike and heading into the countryside, walk the coast path to Thorpeness (2 miles), or get out on the water with a trip up the Alde Estuary on a canoe, kayak or stand-up paddleboard.
