Conveniently, there’s also a cloakroom with a WC. Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find all three bedrooms: a cosy double bedroom, and two twin rooms complete with wash basins. Additionally, there’s a family bathroom and WC. And, of course, no holiday is complete without some outdoor time.
Taking walks on the beautiful shingle beach of Aldeburgh, just 100 metres away, is sure to be a highlight of your stay. Here, you can visit the iconic scallop shell on the beach between Aldeburgh and Thorpeness - a majestic tribute to composer Benjamin Britten, standing 4 metres high. You can also explore the plethora of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs on the high street. Or you can venture 2 miles away to the historic village of Thorpeness, with its boating lake, nature reserve and associations with Peter Pan.
