Property Managed Services Maintenance Team Member - Based in Suffolk

Full time (37.5 hours/ week).

Role summary

The position of Maintenance Operative will involve covering 'on demand' and planned maintenance issues for our portfolio of managed holiday let properties.

The position will involve considerable travel across a designated area within Suffolk, with jobs planned by the Suffolk Cottage Care Team.

The role reports into the Suffolk Cottage Care Manager.

Self Employed experienced Housekeepers required to work for Suffolk Cottage Care across Suffolk.

Suffolk Cottage Care is the managed services arm within Suffolk Secrets. We require Housekeepers who work to the very highest standards to prepare holiday accommodation for our discerning customers. You should be available to work on any day, although many of the changeovers are on a Friday and Saturday. You must have transport and be able to travel to our Saxmundham office to pick up welcome bags etc. Work is available all year round but is especially busy during the summer months.
