We love hearing what our customers thought about their holiday with us and use an independent review platform called Feefo to collect their feedback when they return home.

Dear Mr Mapletoft
I am so sorry that you found you were not able to get through to our office when you experienced an issue at your property. We hope you will come back to Suffolk again in the future and just for reference we do have a 'call back' facility on the phone when the lines are exceptionally busy, as they are at this time of year, and there is also an emergency mobile number on your travel details, to try and assist.
I can only apologise, however, that you had the need to call us in the first place, as our aim is always for everything to be as perfect as possible for a customer's stay.
