Southwold beaches

Southwold has received Quality Coast Awards for its three beaches in 2010, guaranteeing that Southwold Denes, North of Pier and the Pier Beach itself are of the highest standard. These are all a short walk from our Southwold holiday homes and a quick drive from all our Suffolk Coast and Heath's accommodation.

The Denes is a delightful rural shingle beach, backed by the marshes of the River Blyth - great for walking the dog! The Pier and North of Pier beaches are traditional resort beaches - a mixture of sand and shingle - great for families and offering an ideal place to sunbath and bathe.

Lowestoft beaches

From our cottages in Southwold, our Kessingland properties and our Gisleham holiday homes you are only a short distance from the coastal resort of Lowestoft, the most easterly point of the British Isles.
