How to book your holiday with SUFFOLK Secrets...
Please take your time to browse
through our brochure or website and ring our office should you have any
questions. We will be more than happy to help.
Reservations of all
accommodation are accepted by SUFFOLK Secrets under our Terms
and Conditions
Use the instructions
shown below to ensure a straightforward booking:
Using our Website -
1. Log onto
www.suffolk-secrets.co.uk
where you will be able to check the availability and price of the property
that you are interested in. Alternatively, if you simply want to know
which properties are available then check our online availability chart
or click on Property Search and follow the online instructions.
This will give you a listing of available properties for the dates you
require.
2. When you
have chosen an available property you can then click on the “Reserve
Property” button in the top right hand corner of the property
page. This will show a form, which you are asked to complete. This is
a reservation
request
and the
reservation will only become a booking when we confirm it with you.
3. The form
is sent electronically to us and we will contact you to confirm the booking.
4. You can
send a cheque or pay by credit/debit card the amount due when we contact
you. (Please note: To secure your booking we must receive your booking
form and deposit payment within five days of making your booking. If the booking is made
within
eight weeks of your holiday start date we require the full payment immediately)
5. You will
receive an invoice detailing the balance to be paid and showing the due
date. Please return the cut off slip with your payment for the due date.
(balance payments made by credit card will incur and additional charge – see Booking
Conditions 4)
6. On receipt
of your final payment we will forward directions to your property and
key collection arrangements. On receipt, please read carefully and contact
us with any queries.

giving your requirements. We will advise you of availability, help you
make your choice if needed and make a booking for you. This will
be held for FIVE days pending receipt of your booking form
and deposit.
(Please Note :
To secure your booking we must receive your booking form within FIVE
days of your phone call. If your booking is made within eight
weeks of your holiday date, we require the full payment immediately.)
2. Complete the Booking
Form, remembering to sign it, and send it with your one third deposit
to us at:

Alternatively,
when you telephone, you may find it easier to pay by credit/debit card.
We can then process your booking the same day and send your receipt
and paperwork to you.
