Please take your time to browse through our brochure or website and ring our office should you have any questions. We will be more than happy to help.

Reservations of all accommodation are accepted by SUFFOLK Secrets under our Terms and Conditions

Booking Procedures (Website):

• Log onto http://suffolk-secrets.co.uk where you will be able to check the availability and price of the Suffolk self catering cottage that you are interested in.

• When you have chosen a Suffolk holiday home and checked that it is available, you can then click on the 'Reserve Property' button in the top right hand corner of the property page. This will show a form, which you are asked to complete. This is a reservation request and the reservation will only become a booking when we confirm it with you.

• The form is sent electronically to us and we will contact you to confirm the booking.

• You can send a cheque or pay by Credit/Debit card the amount due when we contact you.  Please note that we make a charge of 2% for deposit or Balance Payments made by Credit Card.  To secure your booking we must receive your deposit payment within five days of making your booking.  If the booking is made within eight weeks of your holiday start date we require the full payment immediately.

• You will receive an invoice detailing the balance to be paid and showing the due date. Please return the cut off slip with your payment for the due date.

• On receipt of your final payment we will forward directions to your property and key collection arrangements. On receipt, please read carefully and contact us with any queries.

Booking Procedures (Telephone or Email):

• Telephone our office on 01502 722717 or email holidays@suffolk-secrets.co.uk giving your requirements. We will advise you of our cottage availability, help you make your choice if needed and make a booking for you.(Please Note: To secure your Suffolk cottage booking we must receive your deposit within FIVE days of your phone call. If your booking is made within eight weeks of your holiday date, we require the full payment immediately.)

• Please send us a cheque for the required amount with your booking reference on the back, to Suffolk Secrets, The Old Water Tower, The Common, Southwold,  IP18 6TB. Phone: 01502 722717 Email: holidays@suffolk-secrets.co.uk.  Alternatively, when you telephone, you may find it easier to pay by Credit/Debit Card. We can then process your booking the same day and send your receipt and paperwork to you.
