Gisleham is a very small village in Suffolk.  It lies between Carlton Colville, Lowestoft and Kessingland.  It has a church with a round tower and also a few farms.  It is a very rural area with some beautiful surrounding countryside. There are many places of interest within a short drive away, including Africa Alive at Kessingland, the popular seaside town of Southwold with its interesting shops, restaurants, and pier, Benacre Nature Reserve,  and many other tourist attractions along the heritage coast.  

The Old School Rooms is part of the converted Gisleham Old School and is now a deceptively spacious and attractively furnished property.  It is situated in an isolated rural position surrounded by arable farmland, a short distance from Holy Trinity Church but within easy reach of local amenities, beaches and places of interest.
