Walberswick has over a thousand acres of open access heath and marshland, protected as an Area of Outstanding National Beauty. The RSPB Bird Reserve at Minsmere is a short drive away and the seaside town of Southwold is within strolling distance along one of the many beautiful walks in and around Walberswick or the foot ferry that runs during the summer months. Within Walberswick there are tearooms, restaurants, two public houses, an art gallery, original crafts and gift shops.

Ryecroft is conveniently located on the edge of the village and has been recently renovated. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere and all new appliances and furniture, the cottage is attractive and very comfortably fitted out. Patio doors lead to the south facing decking and then to the garden, which is a perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast or an evening meal in summer. Shop: 200 yards Pub: 500 yards
