Southwold Pier - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over 50 years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties’ hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

Palm House is a stylishly renovated Edwardian House situated in a quiet road near St Edmund's Church, but centrally located and within a few minutes walk of the sea-front, town centre and children's playground. The house is on three floors with a sunny, decked garden. Each room is beautifully decorated offering comfort and luxury. The large living room with open-fire and fabulous kitchen equipped to a very high standard are a joy, whilst the bedrooms are light and airy with elegant furnishings. On the top floor is a children's sitting room (or 5th bedroom) with TV, books and games.
