It is off the beaten track with no through traffic and comprises pretty cottages grouped around the green and overlooked by the church - it is one of Suffolk's best kept secrets. Minsmere nature reserve is only 3.5 miles away (less by foot), Dunwich and the coast 4 miles, Southwold 10 miles, Aldeburgh 7 miles.

The Old Church Room has been thoughtfully converted by the owners to the highest standards and is meticulously prepared for each occupation, assuring you of all home comforts in a very interesting property. It provides spacious light and airy accommodation which is beautifully furnished. There is a footpath adjacent over the Minsmere River to Westleton. Pub: 150 yds Shop: 2 miles but farm shop closer
