Reydon is only divided from Southwold by Buss Creek, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of long ago used to tie up.  All properties therefore have easy access to the beaches and the town centre amenities by road or the various footpaths. Reydon boasts two well-stocked village stores,  as well as the Randolph Hotel, which has an excellent restaurant and good friendly bar.

Field End has been recently furnished to a high standard with the ground floor being tiled throughout. The property has views to the front over fields, a children’s play area and the advantage of being close to open countryside with numerous walks and cycle rides. There are several restaurants within a few miles which provide excellent food, although the well-equipped kitchen has all the facilities for self-catering. The locality is ideal for those interested in nature, as it is a few miles from a number of RSPB and Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserves.
