Southwold Pier - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over 50 years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties’ hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

Far Horizons has an excellent sea-front location. With a quick dash from the front door you can be on the beach. The elegant pier and town centre are only a short walk away. It is a stylish property with large, spacious rooms and amazing sea views from the front and lighthouse and church views from the rear. First Floor:

Kitchen/Dining Room spacious and modern and well-equipped with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, Smeg fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, extendable dining table and chairs and door leading to staircase down to sunny courtyard (about 10 steps)

Second Floor:
Bedroom 1 with windows looking out to sea and a brass king-size bed, washbasin and plenty of storage space
Bedroom 2 with bunk beds and views to the church
Bathroom with roll-top bath, shower cubicle, washbasin and w.c.

Third Floor (steep stairs):
Bedroom 3 with a single bed and views of the lighthouse
Bedroom 4 with a single bed and views of the lighthouse

Garden: Small, sunny courtyard garden with rear access, barbecue, table and chairs.
Parking: Ample street parking.
Heating: Electric stove and gas-fired central heating.
