Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including an award-winning fishmonger, greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

The Olde Banke House has been equipped to a high standard. Set over three floors, it is very spacious yet at the same time very homely and comfortable. It has excellent views onto the High Street and is ideal for a relaxing break in the summer or winter season. Shop: 50 yds Pub: 50 yds
