Lovely cottage for two situated in a good location, within easy reach of the coast/attractions. A traditional cottage with modern decor, which was thoughtfully furnished. The off-road parking was appreciated. Road noise may be off putting to some if you like to have windows open at night.

A lovely, quaint terraced cottage in a magnificent location. A short drive to local shops and other amenaties but the location more than makes up for that. Lovely local pubs and the local people are totally inclusive. A great short break location.

The location (Snape) is superb and central for this beautiful area of the country, but the cottage (3 Rose Tree Cottages) is very small, with a very steep staircase. The dining area is particularly limited and the kitchen itself somewhat dark (the website photographs are flattering). The bedroom is, however, a good size and very comfortable, and thRead moree shower room is fine. Hide

The cottage is ideally situated and spotlessly clean. We had stayed there 18 months ago when it was under a different ownership and we were delighted to find that very little had changed and that the previously high standards had been maintained. We would definitely like to return, if the price is right!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a great location with many walks straight from the front door. The local pubs were great for good beer and food.

This little cottage was very comfortable, well equipped and in a great location for visiting Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh and slightly further afield places such as Framlingham and Southwold. There is allocated parking for one vehicle to the rear of the garden. The patio garden would be a lovely private place to sit in, weather permitting. There are Read morethree pubs within walking distance - the Crown opposite served excellent Italian food. When I had to contact the managing company, the issue was resolved within hours - very impressive service. Hide
