The village of Theberton is just over two and a half miles from the RSPB reserve at Minsmere, which is a delight for bird watchers. It provides easy access to the Suffolk Heritage Coast. with Dunwich and Southwold to the north and Aldeburgh to the south. The village has an interesting church and two traditional pubs serving good food and a selection of real ales.
