More information about this Cottage.

Reydon is only divided from Southwold by Buss Creek, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boars (busses) of long ago used to tie up.  All properties have easy access to the beaches and town centre amenities by road or the various footpaths.  Reydon boasts two well-stocked village stores, as well as the Randolph Hotel which has an excellent restaurant and good locals' bar.

Duck Cottage is a single-storey converted cottage set in the grounds of the owner's house.  Beautifully positioned next to a one acre lake, stocked with fish, there are walks all around this quiet and peaceful area, yet it is only ten minutes drive to the sea and centre of Southwold.  The beach and town centre are 1.5 miles away.  Shop: 900 yds   Pub: 1 mile

Ground Floor:
Sitting/Dining Room with TV, video, French doors onto the garden

Bedroom with twin beds

Garden:  Attractive garden with patio area, garden furniture and views over lake.
Parking: For one car in driveway outside garage.
