The Cottage (COT)

The village of Theberton is just over two and a half miles from the RSPB reserve at Minsmere, which is a delight for bird watchers. It provides easy access to the Suffolk Heritage Coast, with Dunwich and Southwold to the North and Aldeburgh to the South. The village has an interesting church and a traditional pub serving good food and a selection of real ales.

The Cottage is a thatched character property with a multitude of beams and was built in the 15th Century. The comfortable, well-equipped accommodation is arranged over three floors and has the benefit of a garden. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 50 metres.

Notes: The Cottage is available for smaller parties (up to 5 people without the use of the top floor) at a pro rata rate. A security deposit cheque of £150 is required by the owner two weeks prior to your holiday, details of which will be sent to you with your travel information.
