Our History

Established over 15 years ago SUFFOLK Secrets, a family owned business, has grown to become one of the county's leading holiday cottage lettings agency, representing over 280 VisitEngland assessed properties across the Suffolk countryside and coast. Since its foundation SUFFOLK Secrets has gained a reputation for excellent professional and personal service, quality holiday cottages, and providing a wealth of expert local knowledge and experience to customers and owners alike.

In 2005 SUFFOLK Secrets moved into the historic Old Water Tower on Southwold Common and more recently, testifying to the company’s rapid growth, new offices were opened next to Woodbridge Tide Mill on the beautiful River Deben and on the very chic Aldeburgh High Street opposite the charming Cinema and Gallery building.

Over the years SUFFOLK Secrets has supported a variety of conservation projects on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, raising more than £28,000 for the Suffolk Coast & Heaths CONNECT Scheme through a voluntary customer donation scheme.

SUFFOLK Secrets has since moved forward in leaps and bounds, we have a highly professional reservations team taking cottage bookings and we have an exceptional homeowner team; who liaise with the owners of the Suffolk cottages. We have a dynamic marketing team working to promote properties and the business as a whole – including professional communication, marketing, online, photography and design specialists.
